TIG / MIG Welder
Friesen’s designs and manufactures innovative automated processing system solutions for the top fortune 500 Consumer Producing Companies in the world. Responsibilities
- TIG Welding of stainless steel
- Deburring welds and metal finishing as necessary
- Read blueprints and assemble the weldments
- Safely perform all duties while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency in TIG welding on stainless
- Work with management to ensure any problems encountered are identified and corrected
- Attain and maintain acceptable individual levels of attendance, safety, productivity, process improvement, and housekeeping
- Operate in a team environment to achieve company goals
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Must wear safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and other PPE as required
- Have at least 1 year of TIG Welding and Fabrication
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic Machine Shop mathematics
